What exactly is a “computer” for billing purposes?
Each desktop, laptop, or workstation counts as one computer. Servers, network equipment, and phones are not included in the base per-computer rate and are handled separately.
What happens if we add more computers?
Your plan scales automatically. When you add a new computer or employee workstation, we add it to monitoring and your monthly billing adjusts accordingly. No new contracts needed.
Does the $50/computer include onsite visits?
All Ninja Managed clients receive 25% off onsite visits — just $75/hr versus our standard rate. Most issues are resolved remotely so onsite visits are rarely needed, but when you do need us on-site you’re always getting the best rate.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees and no long-term lock-in. We earn your business every month by delivering results. Annual billing is available at a 15% discount if you prefer predictable yearly invoicing.
Does this include email hosting or website hosting?
Email hosting, website hosting, and domain management are separate services not included in the base Ninja Managed plan. We offer these as add-ons — ask us about bundled pricing.
How quickly do you respond when something goes wrong?
We aim to respond within the same business day for most issues. Our monitoring system often catches and resolves problems automatically before you even notice them — that’s the point of proactive IT.
